Der Balkon wurde komplett hergerichtet.
Mir ist sie jedoch zu groß und auch zu teuer. Ich musste aber schnell aus meiner alten Wohnung raus und deswegen war dies nur eine Zwischenlösung. Trz eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Die zwei Zimmer sind gleichgroß mit großen Fenstern. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon und Blick in den Innenhof der sehr ruhig ist. Alle Nachbarn sind total lieb und Familienfreundlich.
Der Boden ist von den vor Mietern etwas verkratzt.
Inkl Nebenkosten 930€

Unsere Wohnung in der tollen Südstadt gelegen, liegt im dritten von insgesamt Vier Stockwerken, mit sehr netten Nachbar*innen und "Nachbar*innen-Whatsappgruppe", in unmittelbarer, fußläufiger Entfernung zu den Bahnlinien 3/4 und 17.
Aus dem Fenster geschaut, mittendabei, hier verläuft buchstäblich direkt vor der Haustür der Karnevalsumzug, Marathon etc.
Supermärkte sind ebenfalls zahlreich fußläufig erreichbar, sowie alle möglichen Restaurants.
