Die Hausgemeinschaft ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit Die Lage ist top, die Haltestelle Florastraße nur ungefähr 5 Gehminuten entfernt, genauso wie die Neusser Straße mit ihren Geschäften. Auch die Linie 13 sowie die S-Bahn ist fußläufig in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ich suche eine größere 2 oder 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon oder Terrasse, am liebsten in Nippes oder Ehrenfeld, aber es kämen auch andere Veedel in Betracht.

Darüber hinaus ist man ebenso schnell bei Alnatura, diversen anderen Rewe Märkten, Aldi uvm, da sich die Neusser Straße in direkter Nähe befindet, ohne, dass man davon etwas mitbekommt. Die Lage ist für Nippes unschlagbar!

Die Küche habe ich vor zwei Jahren selber eingebaut. Die Küchenzeile ist 80cm tief. Die Küche kann gerne übernommen werden für einen Abschlag, ist aber kein muss.
Flur:
Der Flur ist sehr speziell aufgebaut. Es geht eine kleine Treppe hoch zu einem weiteren kleinen offenen Raum. Ich habe dort eine Bank eingebaut um eine schöne Leseecke zu haben. Auch die Bank kann gerne übernommen werden, da sie speziell auf die Ecke zugeschnitten ist.
Bad:
Vor zwei Jahren hatte ich einen Wasserschaden, weshalb die Dusche komplett neu gemacht wurde. Ich habe dann eine neue Duschkabine aus Glas angeschafft (vorher war eine aus Plastik drin).
